By accessing or using Hash Harbor (the “Service”), operated by Hash Harbor Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hash Harbor is a financial analytics and reporting platform for Bitcoin mining operations. The Service provides tools for tracking mining revenue, treasury management, scenario modeling, and investor reporting. Hash Harbor does not custody, hold, transmit, or control any cryptocurrency or digital assets on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires registration and approval by Hash Harbor. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Data and Analytics

The financial analytics, projections, and scenario models provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Hash Harbor Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UTXO SERVICES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
